The Jerome Library, Ellis Island Immigration Museum, hosts "Voices from Ellis Island: An Oral History of American Immigration." Skip served as technical director for the museum's initial collection of interviews with immigrants who had passed through the Ellis Island facility, in which they describe their homeland, why they chose to immigrate, their travels and experience arriving at Ellis Island, and their transition into American life and culture.
